Owner, Certified Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician Rhiannon Whitney brings a wealth of global experiences and over 22 years of expertise to Willows Skin and Laser Bar. Having grown up in diverse countries like England, Syria, Oman, Australia, and Singapore, Rhiannon’s childhood was filled with creativity, from painting her nails and giving massages to playing hockey and piano.

In her mid-20s, she transitioned from Calgary, AB, to Vancouver Island, where she opened Natural Synergy Day Spa in Parksville. A dedicated vegan since 2003, Rhiannon’s passion lies in delivering cruelty-free, organic, natural, and healing vegan products to her clients. She also enjoys promoting the vegan lifestyle, which she considers one of her own beauty secrets.

Rhiannon’s specialties include laser hair and skin treatments, Brazilian waxing, and cosmetic tattooing. Her certifications include Esthetics (2007), yoga instruction (2009), laser technology (2014), and cosmetic tattooing (2015).

In February 2017, Rhiannon launched Willow’s Wax Bar in Vancouver, later evolving it into Willows Skin and Laser Bar, with the vision of creating a go-to destination for skin care, beauty and wellness. Rhiannon warmly invites you to experience the peaceful and rejuvenating treatments at her spa.
